The Gold Mountain makes a grand return to Jungle. Four years ago, when we were just starting out, we bought a bag from one of the group's producers, Ana Carolina. This time, we are buying a community lot from several producers in the group. Their beans are all anaerobically fermented together, creating a blend that is unique to this region. 

We recommend a fairly long degassing period for this coffee. We find that it is at its best 21 days after roasting.
