Mission:
Jungle is on a clear path, the democratization of specialty coffee. The success of not only the company, but of our industry, depends on it. To make specialty coffee known, of course, but more precisely to explain why we do things the way we do. Why coffees change so often throughout the year, why they're named after producers, why they're acidic or, on the contrary, why they're not. These are questions that most people don't even know they have, and yet, when we take the time to explain things, we see the stars in their eyes, we see the connections being made, the neurons working. That's the power of knowledge, that's true democratization; it's elevating the public rather than looking down on them.
Vision:
Jungle at its simplest is a transmission belt. Nothing more. Our REAL job is to be transparent, to take a back seat, to make room for the coffee, its producers and its stories. Our ideal is for our customers not only to choose Jungle coffee, but above all to choose the coffee of Wilton or Karol or Antonio. Our coffees are theirs. Our history is intimately linked to theirs, and so is our future.
