If you've been following Jungle for a while, you're probably familiar with Humure. This year marks our third collaboration with this washing station located in eastern Rwanda, in the province of Gatsibo. This year, we purchased their washed red bourbon. We love its silky, lively body and are drawn to its slightly herbaceous finish, reminiscent of rooibos.
