Espresso passagé - episode 1

For this first edition, we offer you a Guatemalan coffee from producer Antonio Recinos 5th. After being fermented in a bioreactor, the cherries are dried naturally. This process gives it a naturally sweet, chocolate-like taste. 

Roasted with your espresso in mind, this is a dense, mysterious, complex and delicious coffee. Our dark roast makes it highly accessible, while retaining its unique personality.
