This year, we are treated to a wonderful experience from the Recinos family. They harvested the Coludo crop in two stages. Most of it in February and the rest in March. It seems like a slight difference, but the extra month of maturation really makes a difference to the taste. We are treated to an excellent coffee, which expresses itself in two ways. Coludo is livelier, fresher, and slightly more acidic, while Especial is rounder and more complex.
