Oscuro

We've been working with the Recinos family for 3 years now. This year, in addition to buying Antonio's coffee, as is our usual practice, we also bought Coludo, a batch produced by the family. We immediately came up with the idea of processing it in 2 ways, one a lighter Coludo and the other darker. 

We are proud to present Oscuro, a darker, denser, more syrupy version. What a pleasure it is to have access to such beautiful coffees that offer us all kinds of roasting possibilities. It tastes good, it tastes beautiful, it tastes of trust, friendship, chocolate, apple pie and all sorts of other beautiful things.
